Want to secure your spot for LAN Before Time 4?
PC and Console Gamers
If you are a PC or console gamer (bringing your own equipment or renting) we highly suggest you prepay and reserve your selected spot asap. Only spots that have prepaid their entry fee will be secured. Spots are limited to 70 spots and once they are gone, they’re gone. YFC Altona does have a very limited quantity of PC’s, Xbox series X’s, and monitors to rent as well. So if you are looking to rent any equipment notify us as soon as possible. PC’s and Xbox’s are +$10 for the entire weekend, and monitors are +$5 for the weekend.
Tabletop and Smash Gamers
If you do not require a defined spot at LAN Before Time 3 prepaying entry is not required, but is still encouraged as it gives us a better idea of attendance and can plan accordingly. There will be a minimum of 5 Nintendo switch stations that will be available for use and a dedicated area of tables for tabletop gaming. Tabletop gaming includes(but not limited to) Settlers of Catan, Pokemon TCG, Chess, and much more. We have many tabletop games available, and feel free to bring your own!
Extra Events and Experiences
Included with your entry to LAN Before Time 4 is access to various weekend events and experiences. LAN Before Time 4 will have events such as the Sim racing Time Attack challenge which will give anyone attending a chance to use a professional racing simulator and try to set the best lap time throughout the weekend. We will also hosting a VR challenge event will give all attendees access to our Valve Index VR system and give it their best shot to set a high score!

Secure your spot by doing the following steps:
Select an available spot and include the spot number in your message (or say no spot if a spot reservation is not required)
Send us a message by email, phone or discord message with your information (full name, email, phone number, spot selected, and if any rental equipment is required
Prepay by E-Transfer by sending $30 to stationyfc@gmail.com if you would like to pay by cash, cheque or card in person just contact us.
Prizes, Prizes and more Prizes?
We know staying at home and gaming is easy and comfy. That’s why we want to create an event that is well worth attending. So in addition to gathering with fellow gamers for a weekend of fun, there’s plenty of opportunity to win awesome prizes. Every group game/ tournament you enter wins you more entries into the big prize draws increasing your chances! But we know competition can get try-hard, so whether you win the tournament or get last place, you win an extra entry into the big prize draws.
What to Bring / Prepare
Once we open the doors on Friday at noon we will remain open until 2am Sunday morning. So feel free to bring a sleeping bag, pillow, blanket and find a spot to sleep (going home to sleep is fine too). The event will only be open to registered attendees so feel confident in being able to leave your equipment setup. Bring you PC, console, and peripherals ready to game. Power bars, and network cables are provided on-site (you can bring your own if you really want to).
We will have a stocked canteen on-site with drinks, snacks and food for purchase. And we will also have local food providers we will be partnering with as well. You are also welcome to bring your own food and drinks(no alcohol).
And most importantly don’t forget your DEODORANT. Haha! (but seriously, don’t forget deodorant)
